Google Tweaks Algorithm 450 times in 2007

In an exclusive interview with Popular Mechanics, Udi Manber (Google VP in charge of Search Quality) indicated today that Google made over 450 alterations to it's search algorithm. Many were surprised by the high number of 'tweaks', DSD Web Works was not. We continuously monitor the search engines and their corresponding algorithms to fine tune our own iMarketing strategies.

DSD Web Works Keynote Speaker - Cornell University Cooperative Extension

D. Scott Demmin, president DSD Web Works, was invited by Cornell University Cooperative Extension to be the key note speaker in addressing ways farmers could develop and improve a farm web site. The event was graciously hosted by Ontario County.
The one hour key note address was entitled: Essential Elements for a Farm Web Site, E-Commerce, and Web Site Maintenance. The talk was broken up into three sections including: evaluating, creating, implementing and promoting a successful farm web site; realistic strategies, tactics and considerations for incorporating direct sales to your web site; and how non-technical individuals can easily administrate and manage web content directly.

WavHost Collaboration Annouced

WavHost, provider of wireless delivery platforms, forms alliance with DSD Web Works. We will design and develop two new web sites and appropriate back-end functionality for clients and administrators. One of their main brands, AirXcess is a rural wireless provider and will be marketed as a separate brand 'Powered by WabHost'.

Famous Brands Outlet Front-end and Back-end Complete

DSD Web Works announces the completion of the first phase of the complete new and custom e-commerce site for Famous Brands Outlet Inc. Presently, multiple employees are entering inventory data on over 100 brands of merchandise that will be highlighted on their web site. Official release of the site will be Spring of 2008.

Team Moon Real Estate Site Released

Hitachi Metals of America Custom Sharepoint Portal Site Released

Today DSD Web Works announces the completion of Hitachi Metals America’s custom corporate intranet portal site. Their site was in a Microsoft SharePoint setting and we were contracted to completely customize the look and add increased features. The release was widely haled as a "brilliant visual success".
Premier Properties Uses DSD Web Works Consulting Services

Premier Properties has hired DSD Web Works in a consulting role to evaluate existing IT strategy and recommend how they can incorporate the use of software and the Internet for maximum benefit over the next 5 years.
Upon completion, DSD Web Works created a six page detailed 'Back-End/Front-End' review offering sound advice on present and future direction for Premier Properties companies which they found "valuable".
